Houston has had the second greatest growth in population of 18 to 35-year old's over the last 10 years according to apartmentlist.com.

The growth in cities such as Houston and Charlotte (which ranked first in the survey) is attributed to affordability and strong job markets.

Austin ranks thirds in growth in the same survey.
